Gamca Booking Service (gamcabookingservice.in) is committed to delivering appointment assistance services efficiently and transparently. Please review the following Refund Policy carefully before proceeding with any payment.

  • Refund Eligibility
    • A complete refund of the service charge may be granted if we are unable to secure or generate a GAMCA/WAFID medical appointment due to an issue arising solely from our booking assistance process.
    • Cancellation requests submitted before the appointment booking has been processed may qualify for a refund after review and verification by our support team.
  • Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available
    • Once the appointment confirmation or GAMCA/WAFID appointment slip has been successfully issued and shared with the applicant, the service fee shall be deemed fully utilized and will not be refundable.
    • Refund requests will not be accepted if the applicant does not appear at the designated medical center on the scheduled appointment date.
    • Medical examination outcomes, including any "Unfit" status, as well as visa-related refusals or complications, do not qualify for refunds since our services are limited to appointment facilitation.
    • We are unable to provide refunds for delays, schedule changes, system interruptions, or operational issues caused by WAFID, GAMCA, medical facilities, government agencies, or other third-party service providers.
  • Applicant Information Accuracy
    • It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that all submitted information is accurate and complete. Errors in details such as passport number, applicant name, nationality, date of birth, or similar information may affect the booking process.
    • In such cases, any modification, correction, or fresh booking request may be subject to additional service charges, where applicable.

  • Refund Processing and Timelines
    • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 working days and returned through the original payment method used for the transaction.
    • Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banking procedures, payment gateway processing, or the policies of the relevant financial institution.
